evaluation of documentary

i made a five minute documentary about parkour. i went around
plymouth filming my friends and my Parkour group the solace
runners. i ask them a bunch of questions and got them to
answer them.

well i couldnt think of what gets up my nose so i just asked
if i could do it on parkour. i chose parkour because i have
been doing parkour for two years.

to make this documentary i used a hitachi full HD x10
optical zoom a Tri-pod adobe premiere pro memory
stick and a microphone

i didnt need to carry out any information as i already
knew everything about parkour

dvd covers

This is the DVD cover for IRON MAN.

i particularly  like this cover because you have the main character in big looking out of the cover and then you  have the rest of the actors fairly smaller. i also like how they have placed one of the characters standing up looking in front of him with the film description placed next to him.

this is the DVD cover for the dark knight.

what i like about this cover is that you have a burnt batman logo in the background with batman standing in front of it. another thing i like is you have the joker faces away from the camera with all the description next to him.

this is the DVD for Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back.

what i like about this cover is that  it shows every main character from the film. i also like how it shows some scenes from the film and the fact that Darth Vader is standing at the top of the stairs with the description next to him.

advertising

ideas generation.

The process of creating, developing, and communicating ideas which are abstract, concrete, or visual. The process includes the process of constructing through the idea, innovating the concept, developing the process, and bringing the concept to reality.

shock tactics

Shock advertising or Shockvertising is a type of advertising generally regarded as one that “deliberately, rather than inadvertently, startles and offends its audience by violating norms for social values and personal ideals.” [1] It is the employment in advertising or public relations of "graphic imagery and blunt slogans to highlight"[2] a public policy issue, goods, or services. Shock advertising is designed principally to break through the advertising “clutter” to capture attention and create buzz, and also to attract an audience to a certain brand or bring awareness to a certain public service issue, health issue, or cause (e.g., urging drivers to use their seatbelts, promoting STD prevention, bringing awareness of racism and other injustices, or discouraging smoking among teens).[3]

star vechiles

star vehicle has historically been a movieplayTV series, or other production whose primary purpose, besides turning a profit, is to enhance someone's career. Vehicles are most commonly produced when a young or inexperienced actor has signed a long-term contract with a major studio. By showcasing the actor's talents, the vehicle is an attempt at creating a bankable star.

audience

An audience is a group of people who participate in a show or encounter a work of artliterature (in which they are called "readers"), theatremusic (in which they are called "listeners"), video games (in which they are called "players"), oracademics in any medium. Audience members participate in different ways in different kinds of art; some events invite overt audience participation and others allowing only modest clapping and criticism and reception

i am making a documentary about Parkour
this documentary will be focused on a local parkour group called the Solace Runners.
i will be talking to them and asking them questions about parkour and what it is.

to make this documentary i will be using footage of the SR group and interviewing them on there life of parkour. i will be asking them how long they have been doin parkour if they would recomend it to others and if its changed there lives.

i will be filming it on my own camera and tri-pod so i wont need to borrow anything from the ERC

i have made a production calender to track what i need to do on each day.
